I'm pretty much opening this topic open for suggestions on team improvement. At this point in time I'm open to what you guys have to say in order to improve the team.

I'm actually considering to downsize the team a bit, like instead of making it a wide team branch system, we ultimately cut it down to one whole centralized structure.
