I am sure that Dark World monsters are special summoned from the grave through its own eff even though NecroValley is on the field
but i am not sure why..

"Necrovalley" will NOT negate effects that are activated when a card is sent TO the Graveyard or that activate IN the Graveyard or that count cards in the Graveyard. So it will NOT negate the effects of Dark World Monsters.
for example:
Sangan,Treebornfrog,kuriboh,Exploder Dragon etc are not effected.
